IntroductionTissue engineering is a field of the regenerative medicine that recently used in various tissue repairing such as nervous, skin, cartilage, bone tissue, etc. Nervous tissue has significant role in coordination animal’s body actions and nervous tissue damage result from different reasons in central and peripheral nervous system could healed slowly.ObjectivesSo, nowadays try to improve both nervous system repairing have been concentrated.MethodsIn this research, we use C6 cell line which uptake from rat that largely used in in-vitro and in vivo models for developing new glioblastoma treatment strategies. At first, the nanofiber of poly vinyl alcohol/ gelatin (PVA/Gel) has prepared by using electrospinning. Then, after C6 cells seeding, evaluation of viability and toxicity has performed by using MTT assay.ResultsIn this article, after 3-time point MTT assay (24, 48, 72h); the effect of the PVA/Gel nanofiber on C6 cells proliferation has assessed and observed that the rate of cell proliferation and viability has enhanced. SEM images from cell attachment on nanofibers has taken to conformation C6 cell attachment on nanofibers.ConclusionIn fact, PVA/Gel nanofiber provide a safe background for attachment and cell proliferation
