Today digestive diseases including liver disease, are one of the main problems in the world. Trying to find out ways to accelerating the treatment, prevention, and grapple with diagnosis of these diseases is very important. The promising technique in this field is microfluidic knowledge. The aim of this study was to investigate different materials Including polydimethylsiloxane, polycarbonate, glass treated with nitric acid and hydrochloric, and Polymethylmethacrylate for making chips in the study of HepG2 cell line and the development of chips for the study of fatty liver disease. After sterilizing the materials used HepG2 cell line was grown on them, at various time intervals were examined. Results showed that the cells had the highest interactions with PDMS > PC ≥ Glass (cid, 2:1 HNO3: Hcl) > PMMA. In our research, according to our goals, a chip made of hybrid glass and PDMS, after cells were loading into the channel, the cells kept their vitality for 15 days. Considering these conditions, the hybrid glass chips with PDMS were the appropriate option for studying the liver. Conclusions of this study showed that the best materials used to make microfluidic chips for glass and polydimethylsiloxane studies, although this is not the general rule, can be varied depending on the experiment conditions, it was also shown that HePG2 cells were designed to stay in their living space for 15 days
