چکیده مقاله:

In today’s modern, humans are exposed to a wide range of bonetissue diseases and injuries. Some of these injuries are considered incurable or refractory. These injuries are often those in which large parts of tissues and their function have been destroyed and natural body mechanisms are not able to rebuild the damaged tissue. A branch ofmedical sciences called the regenerative medicine is responsible for treating such damages. One of the toolsof regenerative medicine is the transplantation of tissue like structures made by tissue engineering method. The aim of this study is various implications of tissue engineering in different fields of medicine like-tissue structures. These structures are made up of three components: cell, scaffolds and growth factors. In the construction of these structures, an ideal scaffolding design with desired mechanical properties and strength is considered, depending on the choice of material type and the method of fabrication of the scaffold. Also, the advancement of research in the field of stem cells has led to the replacement of modern synthetic materials in the not-too-distant future, tissues reconstructed by tissue engineering. Innovations in the field of tissue engineering and regenerative medicine for the development and repair of damaged tissues have been successful and organ transplants are needed to serve human society.
