چکیده مقاله:

Introduction Nanoparticles (NPs) are one of the hallmarks of hope for the treatment of malignancy. In addition to the therapeutic effect, the targeted delivery of nanoparticles to the tumor area is the subject of most research on cancer cells. Objectives Therefore, achieving optimum size in terms of impact or pass from barriers is preference. On the other hand, it is necessary to know the role of dose and duration of exposure in the therapeutic effect of nanoparticles. Methods The photothermal therapy effects on cancer cells using metal NPs due to the exhibited hyperthermia, which is attributed to the particle size and surface area-volume. The role of dose and concentration on malignant cells not reported though. ConclusionIt seems that there is a correlation between the surface-volume ratio, the concentration, and duration of exposure and optimal efficacy of metal nanoparticles in cancer therapy
