Nano curcumin as therapeutic anti-proliferation on cancer cells (In vitro and in vivo)

Curcumin is extract from curcuminoid of turmeric (Curcuma longa) which is, potential for drug discovery assay. For decades, Curcumin has a good therapeutic in the type of diseases. It has multiple attributes, for example, anti-inflammation, anti-cancer, and anti-oxidant for different diseases. The recent studies on nanoparticles (NPs) and NPs of natural product demonstrated that is a novel strategy in cancer therapy. The toxicity of Nano curcumin on several types of cancerous cell lines such as Breast cancer cell lines, Glioblastoma cancer cell lines, Colon cancer cell lines, Gastric cancer cell lines and etc was reported. The type of NPs Curcumin usage on in vitro and in vivo studies. In the study on polymeric Nanocarrier–curcumin (PNCC) showed that the PNCC can be inhibited cell proliferation and induced apoptosis in colon cell lines and animal model of colon cancer. In another study, Dendrosomal of Nano curcumin (DNC) via regulation of DNMT1, 3A, 3B and MEG3 genes can be effective choice in epigenetics therapy of Hepatocellular cancer. in other study the DNC can reduce glioblastoma cells proliferation by through the downregulation of OCT4 variants via miR-145 and in a similar study showed that the cell proliferation and angiogenic of hepatocellular and mammary cancers statistically decreased in curcumin diblock copolymer treated. In another associated study, the DNC had potential chemoprotective effects on breast cancer cells and animals. Therefore, the aim of this abstract review, on Nano curcumin is potential effect on cancer cells (In Vitro and in Vivo)
