چکیده مقاله:

Introduction: Breast cancer is the most common cancer in women, with various factors affecting its incidence and severity, among them hormonal receptors are important. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to evaluate the importance of prognostic factors (ER, PR, HER 2, Ki65) in breast cancer and its relation with the stage of the disease.Materials and Method: This study was performed on 303 patients with breast cancer. After recording the demographic data, the results of pathology and different hormonal receptors including ER, PR, HER 2, and Ki65 were recorded. Chi-square, T student tests were used to compare the data. Results: Our results showed that 48.2% had KI67 positive, 36.3% had HER2 positive, 55.4% had PR positive, 60.7% had ER positive, 12.2% had P53 positive and 17.8% had PR_ER_HER2 positive. Of the markers studied, only ER, PR and PR_ER_HER2 were related to the disease grade, so that in lower grades, the positive cases were higher. In other words, a reduction in the number of positive cases indicates a higher grade of breast cancerConclusion: The results of this study showed that hormonal receptors such as ER, PR and Ki65 _HER2 can help us to determine the prognosis of preoperative patients.
