چکیده مقاله:

Modeling the methods of management efficiency increase cansignificantly help the organization. Among the management method,the QFD method is a significant tool for identifying the customerrequirements and guiding the organization towards whatever issignificant for a customer by using the quality factors. This study wasconducted in a glass manufacturing company in Iran. About 4% of theglass in the world is currently being produced in Iran which issignificant statistics for the Iranian industry. The main advantage ofIran is easy to access to the raw materials mines for glass production.The production volume of the Iranian glass industry in the future willreach three million tons. The research data were collected using theexperts opinions and questionnaire results. First, customer requirementsand design requirements are identified. After the calculations, customerrequirements and design requirements are prioritized. The resultsindicated that the use of the QFD in glass production management willbe useful in improving the quality and providing the services.
