Role of Intelligence and Inner Capabilities For FL Teacher and Translator Training

In the world of today, with all differences and problems among different people of the world there is an increasing need for foreign language teaching/learning and translator training as an effective means for the purpose of globalism and bringing all nations closer to each other.In the case of solving international differences, which are the main problem of the world of today and are related to misunderstandings and lack of information about other nations, other religions, beliefs, traits and customs, etc. war does not work at all. The best effective way is debate and translation which can help for learning each others’ languages for using in peaceful and friendly situations. Language is the most powerful weapon!Education, training and practice are needed for producing better experts in all sciences and professions especially those which are related to arts.. There is a debate about learning other languages and translation is science or art.. In the case of professions which have some relations with arts such as music, painting, literature and language learning, translation, training can be quite helpful, but not sufficient. It is personal and cultural intelligences, and inner abilities which make the last decision for making more successful artists, including translators. Having a high level of cultural intelligence means that individuals are more able to extract and logically interpret information gathered from cross cultural interactions, and are more flexible in adjusting to different settings.
