چکیده مقاله:
Introduction: Today, the issue of mental health management, as the most basic mission of psychological studies, plays a significant role in the field of religious studies and should be considered and analyzed from different dimensions of physical, mental, social and spiritual. On the other hand, in modern times, unfortunately, despite the advances that have been made in the pursuit of modern technologies, humans, along with the scientific and material achievements of modern civilization, have not reached that point of peace and mental stability, and even suffer from difficulties and discomfort His psychological aspects such as despair, numbness, anxiety, fear, depression, addiction, divorce and suicide, etc. have been added. So, in the last two decades of the twentieth century, what has been perceived by psychologists and the masses of the people is the lack of attention to models and schools in the spiritual dimension of mankind. Therefore, considering the importance of the subject, this paper aims to investigate the effect of Quranic teachings on mental health management and psychological well-being of individuals in the third millennium.Methodology: This research is a kind of library review study and the necessary information and data has been collected by reviewing and reviewing various texts and books and analyzing similar articles and searching for sources in different parts of the country.Findings: Finally, the findings of the study indicate that in the Quran, a total of about 6,236 verses refer to issues such as the correct upbringing of human beings and the maintenance of mental health, so that by studying verses and narratives it is determined that the Quran is the healing version of Almighty God To improve the psychological well-being of individuals.Conclusion: Therefore, paying attention to the Quranic teachings in today s fast-paced and challenging era can be the best way to reach the psychological balance and also the most appropriate spiritual solution to dealing with mental harm.
