چکیده مقاله Aerobic exercise based on the Theory of Planned Behavior in promotion social health

Background: This research investigates education aerobic exercise based on the theory of planned behavior among obese people in Park.Method: In this quasi-experimental study, the data were collected through a survey. This study included 485 Iranian obese people in 2017. Using a questionnaire demographic, anthropometric, TPB constructs were measured and analyzed.Results: In linear regression analysis, it was determined that attitudes, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, intention (PBC) predict 0.60 overall of total of aerobic exercise (P value< 0.05). After educational intervention, the average rates of attitude (7.355 1.342), perceived behavioral control (11.949 .876), intention (8.614 3.406), behavior (1.175 5.908) to aerobic exercise in group were increased meaningfully (P value < 0.05); these changes were not meaningful in control group (P value > 0.05). There was also no statistically meaningful difference in subjective norms between two groups after intervention (P=0.111).Conclusion: According to findings, it is proposed that TPB (exception of subjective norm) be used to aerobic exercise and to have useful results.
