Background: The postpartum period begins after the termination of labor and continues until the changes in the body during pregnancy return to its previous form.The postpartum period is a very time-consuming period when the mother is at risk for possible risks, so mother care should be taken seriously during this period. The first few days after giving birth is a very sensitive stage because most of the mother s body changes during this period It also occurs due to bleeding problems, pressure changes, and even the likelihood of complications in this period.WHO determines the quality of life as a person s perception of his or her own livelihoods, taking into account the culture and value system in which he or she lives, and his priorities. Selfassessment of quality of life, taking into account living conditions, environmental and social factors. , The points of view, interests, and people s goals and values of society are very important in planning for health promotion.The aim of this study was to determine the various physical and psychological disorders that women encounter during the period of nauseamethodThe present study is an interventional study of clinical practice. The study population is a specific number of pregnant women with normal delivery who referred to health centers in Fasa.200 maternal mothers who were eligible for inclusion in the study were selected by random sampling method and were randomly assigned to two groups of test and control. The control group (100 persons) received the second and third turns from the health center and the control group (100 patients) received their care at their homes. The data collection tool was aquestionnaire containing data related to demographic and maternal quality of life, and a checklist and growth monitoring charts that were completed by referring to their homes. Data were analyzed using SPSS software and Mann-Whitney, Wilcoxon and Chi-square tests. P <0.05Was considered significant.ResultsBased on the findings, the two groups were homogeneous in terms of quality of life at the beginning of the study. There was a significant difference between the two groups in terms of maternal and neonatal after-delivery in the second group and the third group (p <0.01 and p <0.001). After intervention, quality of life in any of the physical dimensions (p = 0.052), mental and psychological (p = 775), general health (p = -0.068(Social function (p = -0.780) and overall (p = 0.331) did not show a significant difference.ConclusionBased on the results of this study, it seems that the provision of postpartum care at home has a significant effect on quality of lifeMothers with low risk, so further studies in this area with different care content are recommended
