چکیده مقاله:

Roofing Isolator manufactories are one of the point sources of air pollution. And they emitting some parts of hydrocarbons in the atmosphere. Delijan Industrial Estate(DIE) is a main cenral place for these products that has more than 35 roofing isolator factories that due to the nearness of it to the residencial areas of Delijan ,it makes a big threat for its air pollution of the dwelling areas. This essay with studying the production processes of roofing isolators and with analyzing exhaust gases of the decoction drum stack and Mixer stack such as: SO2 ,NO, NO2 , NOX, CO, CO2, PM and Total Hydrocarbons measured. Then calculate Emission rate (E) and Emission factors (EF) of each pollutant in each factory.DOE (Department of Environment) of Iran for these factories does not have any standard criteria for these exhaust gas emitted by these roofing isolator manufactories but with comparison of Emission Factors with AP- 42 Standards ,we found that SO2 Emission Factor with EF= 6.69 kg/tone is more than AP-42 .Hydrocarbon Emission Factors in the factories of PARSIN-DEJ , SADAFGOSTER & NEMOONE manufactors were 5414 , 5719 and 3788 kg/tone per year wich according to the AP-42 standards contain PAH ( Poly Aromtic Hydrocarbon) and their carcinogenic effects are important. So the emission of hydrocarbons in these industries cause harm for human health , and need more attention and conrol.
