Leadership and Commitment specially in oil and petrochemical industries’ Health, Safety and Environmental Management System

As we know leadership and commitment is one of the most important steps in HSE management system. Without this leadership and commitment, none of the elements of a management system will work. This article is about how to approach a good leadership and commitment that concludes a new proposed model. This model includes all methods and analyses in this article which lead to improve safety culture, and to achieve a special way for leadership in organization. Therefore leadership and commitment is classified in two categories; first, the leadership in organization second implements an effective safety culture. Leadership is concerned with determining goals, decision-making, group thinking and motivating others to do what required. To have an effective safety culture some models of HSE methods are analyzed. It is suggested that the consequences, approaches and theories of this article provides a new model. Furthermore, this model may improve leadership and commitment in oil and petrochemical industries.
