چکیده مقاله:

هوشمندسازی فعالیتها و تحویل هوشمندانه خدمات الکترونیکی یکی از دغدغه های مدیران سازمان ها است در همین راستا دخالت دادن موثر وهدفمند دانش در خدمات سازمانی یکی از مولفه های اصلی هوشمندی سازمان می باشد بنابراین این مقاله قصد دارد تا رویکردی جدید بنام لجستیک دانش را برای تامین دانش صحیح در زمان صحیح برای تحویل خدمات الکترونیکی بررسی کند. از آنجایی که لجستیک دانش یک رویکرد عملیاتی به مدیریت دانش است هدف از این مقاله معرفی کاربردهای سیستم لجستیک دانش در هوشمندسازی مبتنی بر دانش و اطلاعات زمینه ای در خدمات الکترونیکی سازمان هاست.
