Effect of Explosion in Railway Projects near Gas Pipes (Case Study)

چکیده

Explosion in trenches, mines and civil works is main procedure in engineering projects. Released energy in an explosion in addition to warming and crushing the rocks of the environment, it quakes the environment of the explosion. In order to record and evaluation the effects of quakes on the structures and vital places, seismograph can be used to measure the velocity of earth moving in the explosion in order to inspecting the problem. Explosions in west railway project near Gas Pipe was faced problems about demolishing the structures of the village; so evaluating the explosions effects and designing suitable patterns was necessary. In this research, for evaluating the effects of explosion of km.168 west railway project near gas pipe, five seismographs of CMG-6TD were used. Quakes data of three explosions were recorded and analyzed. Distribution of CMG-6TD seismographs in the environment of the explosion place, could record three components of radian, orthogonal and lateral in the trench of Km.168 . one of the components ( radian) was always in the direction the explosion place; then maximum change of velocity for all explosions was evaluated. Comparison of results of this research and standards of explosions showed that gas pipes near the explosions of Km. 168 west railway project were safe against the explosions in km168 and the structures of the village are in a safe position; by the way suitable patterns for the explosions are expressed.
