Evaluating the Limitation of Neighborhood Management in the Sustainability of Urban Environment of Tehran City

Public Participation in the activities of tactical decisions -urban management is so important. For this to purpose, the social participation of citizens in the neighborhoods of Tehran city management has been discussed. Survey research method is quantitative. The statistical population of the study was 314112 of 3 neighborhoods in District 3 of Tehran Municipality and the sample size was obtained through cluster sampling (multi-stage).A total of 424 questionnaires were distributed among the statistical sample in the neighborhood and analyzed by statistical sampling. The period of this study was 1390, and it covers the neighborhoods of District 3 of Tehran Municipality (Vanak, Zargandeh, Amaniyeh, Darb Dowom , Ekhtiariyeh).Data obtained by the test (a test sample and T) review and described. Neighborhood is indicated satisfaction with the services and facilities management is relatively low. Participation in the activities of tactical decisions Astratzhyky- urban management.
