Research shows that over the past decade the use of digital media has grown, and it has brought both negative and positive impacts on society especially has the health of children and teenagers. Digital mediahas different side effects on health; it includes social, physical and psychological. The concern of the health problems of digital media in this research paper is on physical health problems. Critical thinking and digital literacy varies in different societies.
