چکیده مقاله:
Hyperthermia is a new method in cancer therapy. Researchers need microenvironments which are similar to native tissue to study the hyperthermia in vitro. One of the best model for hyperthermia studies is polymeric hydrogels. In this paper, gelatin based hydrogels and cryogels are represented as models of cancerous tissues. These gels are crosslinked with carbidiimide crosslinkers and the effect of gelatin and crosslinker concentration are studied on the gels properties. Results show by varying the polymer and crosslinker concentration soft and hard tissues of different kind of cancers and also a tissue in different stage of cancer would be made.
