Personalized medicine (PM) is a novel approach to patients and offers effective and suitable therapy for each individual patient and reduces the risks and avoids unnecessary treatments or diagnostic modalities. Based on this approach treatment of patients with cardiovascular diseases (CVD) has significantly improved. In Sik lee study,the role of human genome for guiding medical decision making is discussed.Melman et al evaluated the role of circulating miRNAs as biomarkers to predict the response to CRT in a cohort of patients referred for CRT pacemaker implantation with an without subsequent echocardiographic improvement after 6 months. Incs RNA comprise a vast family of incRNAs longer than200 nucleotides that participate in multiple biological processes,including imprinting, scaffold/guide for epigenetic and transcription factors, transcription activation, RNA splicing, nuclear trafficking, and regulation of the miRNA function.
