The relationship between readmission and observance of diet and control of risk factors in heart patients

Introduction:Cardiovascular disease are the most common and important cause of death and are essential Factor of 40% of deathes at all. This study is amied to evaluate the relationship between hearts patiente s history and the quality of their activities on diet and risk factors.Material &method:This is descriptive study and the study population were included some Patients who refer to hospital.100 pepole were selected as case study group and 100 other people Were selected as control group.The informations were collected by a three part questioniare.Results: The majority of people had average level of performance toward diet and risk factor.and Also we had same result for control group. for functionally comparision in two group with respect to diet and risk factor,Mann_Whitney Test were used and no significantly difference were observed between two group. The Spearman Correlation Test was used for testing the relationship between hospitalizations history and quality of activity in case study group about Diet and risk factor that wasn,t any statistically significant. Conclusion: Two group weren t enough good at functionally and hospitalization in case study Group didn t have influence on increasing the quality on their activities in the field of diet and Risk factor of disease.
