چکیده مقاله:

Introduction: Personalized medicine is based on the exploitation of individual taking into consideration genomic, genetic, metabolic, environmental and other factors to select the best treatment option. On the other hand personal medical knowledge is one of the best approaches for integrating or integrating different sciences to improve and understand the illness in different individuals, Among the new knowledge, Microfluidic has made a significant contribution to medicine, Although the field of microfluidics is still young, it has already found ground-breaking applications in the medicine and a great potential for accurate and high-throughput detection, So that Today Microfluidic are considered very promising devices for as well as a step forward to design personalized medicine. This review present describes recent developments microfluidics in the medicine by focusing on the applications and advancements microfluidics in the personalized medicine.Methods: The data obtained for this research By studying papers on microfluidic applications, especially in the field of medicine in the period 2005 to 2018.Results : this review study show that microfluidic knowledge According to feature such as the capability of processing low volumes of samples requiring lower amounts of expensive reagents ,reduce diagnostic costs, the training of medical staff and the cost of infrastructure, production time decrease, detections with high resolution and sensitivity, smaller length scales ,enable faster analysis and reduced response times also closely linked to tissue engineering and regenerative science promising a great step toward personalized medicine and It was also shown that the concept of. Personalized medicine is the best approach to the integration of new technologies for improving the understanding of patient therapy.
