Introduction: Cardiovascular diseases are the main cause of mortality, morbidity and mortality known people in many countries is considered. Low level of knowledge and poor performance status of people in avoiding predisposing factors for heart disease has been confirmed problems. Evidence has shown that the risk of cardiovascular disease by modifying cardiovascular risk factors and lifestyle changes can be reduced. Therefore, this study aimed to assess the effect of changing the behavior of housewives training for prevention of cardiovascular disease was conducted.Method:This study, in 1392 the housewives of 15 and 49 years old to 14 city health centers in the province of Kermanshah. Due to the power and possibilities of each course, participants are classified into distinct groups and the educational intervention program using educational pamphlets, educational books and training were face to face. All the three periods (before intercourse, two months and six months after training) were collected. 10% of those trained in any course of treatment randomization was done according to the poll. Using the software STATA findings of three stages were analyzed with Friedman nonparametric testResult:In this study, 3945 patients were evaluated in terms of preventive behaviors. 5% increase in physical activity (P = 0.0018), Smoking Woman 2 percent of men and 3 percent, 5 percent increase fruit and vegetable consumption, the use of hydrogenated fats in cooking 7 per cent and 5 per cent of fish in the diet found.Conclusion:According to the results and performance housewives after training, it seems that training classes, especially in centers where access to and use of health care workers and housewives should be necessary to field women and therefore provide a healthy life style improvements community. Also on the importance of girls as future mothers and low cost in comparison with activities of therapeutic and preventive activities in this field,The need to extend and expand these training programs and the expansion seems necessary.
