Introductioncolorectal cancer is on of the cancer that involve large intestine and distal portion it (rectum). colorectal cancer is the 4th common cancer in iran and 3th in world. according to one study that done in the health scobe, annual 1130 death occur in iran because of crc. the goal this study is survey the effect of colonosco- .)py on reducing mortality and complication from colorectal cancer(crc Material & MethodsThis study is a systematic review of the literature published in electronic data bases Google Scholar, .Sid, Pubmed, Scopus, magiran that are written between 2013 and 2015 Results Brenner and coworkers study(German-2013) indicated that the risk of affection crc aproximatellyreduce %90 in persons who has colonoscopy history in 10 years ago in comparation to persons that dont have any colonoscopy history, also Altobelli and coworkers study (Italia-2014) mention that using the colonoscopy cause of survey pations after early threatment because of early diagnosis of defects that don’t have visible symptoms and Holme and coworkers study (USA-2014) stated that a fiexibe sigmoidoscopyin descrease mortality from crc is very effective and Zauber studies (USA-2015) indicated that colonosco- .py cause the redusing %50 of mortality from crc Conclusion results indicate that the using of diagnosis colonoscopy cause early threatment and diagnosis the defect of colon and resulting to descrease mortality from it. therefor porpuse that inform and perform this method .in widespread specialy in the high risk persons
