In Pollution with CBRNE How can we determine decontamination efforts are sufficient

Decontamination is any method or process that reduces or inactivation or removal of hazardous materials in or on body of patients to prevent the dangerous effects on health Or at least reduce its effects and its aim is to terminate the harmful effects on affected person, preventing further absorption and reducing secondary risks for people ,other patient and caregivers. Yet it is difficult to unders tand when the decontamination isenough. Current methods used to decontaminate include clean up pollution that can be seen with the eyes on the body surface with strip and showering process and also treatment of signs and symptoms of patients. Although this method is currently the most widely accepted therapy but clinical diagnosis of decontamination effectiveness is unreliable. Some believe should be established a level of safety for people to bereleased from place of incident and sent to hospital. There is a unanimous consensus That s not enough known about real effects of CBRNE and decontamination techniques and how much contamination remains in bodies of victims as well as caregivers.and this cause further effect on victims and emissions. Certainly it is not possible at the incident scene that scientific and specify revealed the exact amount of decontamination. Some researchers have proposed that adequacy of decontamination at the scene be measured with measurable things such as wet hair,clothing removal and the lack of symptoms. According to some other researchers, it is better to bedecided on a specific model based on , symptoms ,symptom time , causes, diffusion route , the percentage of contaminated people show symptoms, and other appropriate factors. This model after data analysis used as a tool in determining the level of pollution , threats and fatality rate. and whether the level of personal protection in care
