چکیده مقاله:
Synthesis of PbSe nanoparticles (NPS) and effect of tris(diethylamino)phosphine selenide (TDPSe) on the growth of NPs are studied in this paper. TEM micrographs of synthesized NPs at different conditions indicated that presence of free TDPSe and strict drying the precursors are critical for synthesis of rod-like NPs. Single-crystalline PbSe NRs were synthesized through oriented attachment mechanism. FTIR spectra confirms presence of organic bonds related to the oleic acid on the surface of synthesized PbSe NPs. Synthesized QRs were subsequently passivated with TBAI. This process lead to more oxidation stability of NPs and their increased quantum yield. An enhanced (200) XRD peak can be understood in terms of NR growth in favored direction and subsequent alignment on the substrate.
