Neuro-Behcet’s Disease Presenting as Young acute ischemic Stroke

Neuro behcet disease (NBD) is rare neurological manifestation of the systemic small vessel vasculitis. It can present in various ways with prediction for the brain stem, thalamo-hypothalamic region, cerebellum and basal ganglia. In this case, we describe an rare case of behcet syndrome that showed young stroke in thalamo mesencephalic regions and was treated successfully by corticosteroid.
