In recent years, the establishment of a safe and secure environment for the pedestrian traffic has attracted the attention of urban transport planners. Creating this convenient space in addition to the safety of pedestrians has also been considered to increase the inclination to take a walk. One of the best ways to create a suitablepedestrian area is the construction of special pedestrian crossings or pedestrians. Which is carried out through the application of a total or partial ban on the movementof motor vehicles in certain passages. According to the necessity of increasing the safety and the use of pedestrian fashion in the cities of the country, the goals of thisresearch were considered as two parts of the goal and the goals of reason. The evaluation of the construction of a complete and acceptable walkway for all users isthe goal of this research. In this research, the most appropriate scenarios are economically and technically feasible. Comparing the results of both BC and profit / cost scenarios, the scenario scenario (3 and 4), with regard to the provision of parking and the proximity to the most economical scenario, scenario 3.
