چکیده مقاله:

The main objective of this research is to investigate the relationship between knowledge of human-skills skills (employee participation, skill focusing on needs and desires), and the performance of managers and staff of the Educational Assistant of Imam Hossein University. This research has a major hypothesis and two sub-hypotheses. In this research, a simple random sampling method was used and the samples were randomly selected. To determine the sample size, the Kargzi Morgan table has been used. According to the size of the population, 102 samples were selected. Data analysis and hypothesis testing were performed using SPSS software. The findings were analyzed by Pearson correlation test and 11 charts were based on 10 questions. All hypotheses have been confirmed that the level of knowledge of human-skills skills influences the performance of managers and employees and by increasing the skills of human relations, the performance of managers and employees will be promoted which will promote the level of organization and guarantee of survival It is organized.
