Preeclampsia is a complex disorder that affects about 5-8% of pregnant women. The aim of this study was to Examine some long-term consequences associated with preeclampsia in pregnant women to hospital of Imam Reza Kermanshah in 2004-2015 year.Methods& Material: This descriptive-analytic study was performed on patients with preeclampsia admitted at Imam Reza Hospital in Kermanshah during the years 2004-2015. The experiments included FBS, BUN, CR, TG, Chol and blood pressure, which were taken from a blood sample of blood clot from patients. T he collected data were analyzed using SPSS software version 20.Results: This study was performed on 450 pregnant women. The mothers were divided into two groups: mothers of preeclampsia (150) and normal pregnancy (300). There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in case and control mothers (P = 0.741), diabetes (P = 0.588), hyperlipidemia (P = 0.720). But the percentage of hyperlipidemia is remarkable for other outcomes (27.3%). The incidence of hypertension in mothers who had a history of preeclampsia was significantly higher than the control group (mothers with normal pregnancy) (82 versus 64), although this difference was not statistically significant (P = 0.588),Conclusion: The results show that, Mothers who had preeclampsia, in the future, they are more often have high blood pressure, but it s important.
