چکیده مقاله:

Background: Endometriosis is the presence of endometrial glands and stroma in a heterotopic location which affects 10% of reproductive aged woman and causes pelvic pain and subfertility. Laparoscopy is the gold standard for diagnosis of this condition. The invasive nature of laparoscopy leads to a long delay in diagnosis may have consequences significant progression of disease. The goal of this study was to verify a noninvasive marker for the clinical diagnosis of endometriosis. Methods: In this case-controlled ,cross sectionalstudy,86 woman underwent laparoscopy due to chronic pelvic pain ,infertility, pelvic mass and abnormal uterine bleeding in Rasool-e-AkramHospital. Serum and urine samples collected preoperatively. Serum level of CA125 and CA19-9 measured with Electrochemiluminescence (ECL) method. Measurement Of urine enolase-1 was performed by ELISA method and base on instruction of enolase kit and compared between control and endometriosis groups containing stage 1-4.Result:Urinary enolase 1expression corrected for creatinine ratio was greater in patients with endometriosis.(p=0.0193).(95% confidence interval 28.46 to 2.590)Conclusion: Our study represents that cotemporary measurement of CA125, CA19-9 and enolase-1 might be a valuable noninvasive test in intensification of endometriosis and in severity prediction.
