Tentacle science can be known apart from neuropsychology often we may regardless our character type encounter many people that we have never seen them and don t have any information about them and didn t ever think about them, but why something we able to tell some features of their in the first encounting Or to get a relative judgment of them Or judgments such as I have a special feeling to him, I became fascinated by the first encountering, I don t know why but I can t communicate with him, I didn t like him and a lot of common positive and negative judgment that you experience these fantastic results originates from unconscious of man which occures in a fraction of a second and this can be one of the very efficient methods through illustration of people character to recognize, select and to hire best work force to start and develop any business. The success of any business is depend on employing the best work force which is supposed to work for that organization the objective of this paper is to present the best method for senior managers of organizations or private companies for proper selection of the best work force and employing them in a appropriate place in line with their goals. Theory of tentacle science present a new concept of management in the 21 century which will be very effective in intelligent employing and hiring staff and to ensure the success of that business through recognition, activating and use extraordinary power of human.
