Determining effective factors in increasing the cultural agility of university administrators

چکیده مقاله:
The purpose of this paper is to identify and determine the components that help to promote the cultural agility of administrators. This research is an exploratory research objectively. The Delphi technique was used to conduct the research. At first, 36 components were identified through a library method based on document review. Using Delphi method, by surveying 16 experts during three rounds Delphi, 22 components were confirmed. These experts were selected from management fields and cultural affairs through targeted sampling. To analyze the data, descriptive statistics and inferential statistics t test and Kendall s coefficient concordance W were used.The 22 components identified are: Cultural Intelligence; Emotional Intelligence; Receptivity to adopting diverse ideas; Creativity and Divergent Thinking; Participatory Management; System Thinking; Cultural awareness; Self-efficacy; Conflict Management; Desire to learn; Self-Controlling; Cultural mineralization; Self-confidence; agility; Cultural integration; Critical thinking; Perspective-taking from views of others; Cultural adaptation; tolerance of ambiguity; impact and influence; communication management; scientific competence were confirmed.
