An Assessment Model Study for Lean and Agile (Leagile) Index by Using Fuzzy AHP

Lean and agile supply chains are the most important and valid supply chain strategies that are accepted in today’s World. They can be used separately or together in business processes. The head of the issues, which companies seek, an answer is that the companies cannot detect what extend these used strategies adept their processes. In this sense, there is not available an evaluation system which was accepted and applied by everyone in industry. In this study, an assessment model was tried to develop in order to support them to analyze the current situation of the companies, understand the missing and set a course for improvements in the direction of lean and agile criteria. Dematel method was applied for selection of criteria in model; Fuzzy AHP methods were used in order to specify the criteria weights. Reliability test of the model was done with an actual application
