INTERACTION JACKED AND RISER IN THE FATIGUE DAMAGE OF THE RISER USING TIME HISTORY ANALYSIS METHOD

The life of the offshore platform under fatigue damage is estimated using the time history of thestructural stress [1]. This research was conducted on the basis of the API code for one of the platforms installed in the South Pars region. The result shows, fatigue damage is an important failure mode for riser and it may effect on the lifetime of riser.
