چکیده مقاله:
Background and Aim: Stem cells are a cell of high-division cells that aresplit and multiply throughout life. Growth factors of SCF and FLT-3 arenatural molecules with protein or steroid structures that are involved in the growth and differentiation of many cells. The mutation in SCF andFLT-3 disrupts the proliferation of CD8 + stem cells. The purpose of thisstudy was to examine the relationship between S and F growth factors inthe proliferation of cord blood CD8 + stem cellsMethods: Statistical population: In this study, 38 umbilical cord bloodsamples from newborns from Motahari Hospital of Urmia were used.Real-Time PCR technique was used to extract Total RNA to isolate andextract CD8+ stem cells using flow cytometric method by MACS system.Stemline was used for culture. After extraction, SCF and FLT-3 factors wereused for the proliferation of cells on days 5, 10 and 15. After replicationof growth factors for Total RNA, a real-time PCR technique was used andthe data were analyzed by SPSS V.24 software was analyzedResults: The expression of FLT-3 growth factor expression in CD8+ stemcell proliferation on day 5 (during reproduction) (P <0.001) decreasedthe growth trend. The expression of SCF growth factor on day 5 (P =0.014%, 469 ± 281). The frequency of FLT-3 was 10 (0.041 ± 0.041) onday 10 and the frequency of SCF was 10 (019.0 ± 09.29, P = 0.019),which increased on day 5, the incidence of SCF growth factor Day 15(017.4 ± 4.2) and FLT-3 growth factor (15%, P <0.01) were observed atday 15 (P <0.01).Conclusion: Based on the results, growth factors of SCF and FLT-3 in cordblood CD8+ cell proliferation have a significant relationship with cordblood, which can be used as a substitute for non-growth.
