چکیده

Objectives: Infections by Avian influenza virus H9N2 subtype is a major cause of economic lossesin Iranian poultry industry.Considering the importance of controlling influenza by vaccination, acomprehensive study was undertaken by changing the commonly used programs in Iran to controlinfluenza in broiler flocks, as well as comparing internal and foreign vaccines to promote vaccineimmunization and protection These flocks will be helped.Materials & Methods: A total of300 broiler chicks were randomly divided into five groups of 60,each of which was divided into 20 replicates. Groups A, B received the H9N2 inactivated influenzavaccine produced by foreign companies, and C, D groups received the H9N2 inactive influenzavaccine produced by Internal companies on the seventh day.The control group did not receive anyvaccine.Fifteen serum samples were taken from each group weekly and sent to the lab to beevaluated by the HI test.Results & Conclusion: The results of this study Group C, which used the vaccine produced byInternal companies, showed a higher antibody titer than other groups.
