چکیده مقاله:

Introduction:The rapid and uncontrolled growth of microorganisms can lead to serious problems. With the development of nanotechnology over the last decade, golden opportunities130have been created to discover the antibacterial effects of metallic nanoparticles. In the past two decades, the field of nanotechnology has grown exponentially since its birth and has made an immense impact on physical, chemical, earth and biological sciences [1-3]. There has been an immense extension of nanomaterial applications and uses as a result of basic and applied research from scientists all over the world. Methods and Results:Cu nanoparticles loaded onchitosan nanocomposites synthesized by nanoemulsion assistance with electrospinning method. 50 mg of CuNO3, 100mg polylactic acid and 100 mg chitosan were precursors to get started. In a typical and the creative method at the first stoichiometric amount of Tween 80as surfactant phase and Span 20as cosurfactant phase (1:1) were dissolve in 20ml deionized water under vigorous stirring for 2 h using a magnetic stirrer at room temperature. After formation of Cunanoemulsions we loaded this nanoemulsions on chitosan nanocamposites. In this research, nanoparticles were first made in different sizes and stabilizing concentrations, and then microbiological culture media were prepared using (Minimum Inhibitory Concentration) MIC and several gram-negative gram-negative bacteria were examined for several nanostructures. To prepare 100 cc of the medium, weigh the hinton broth 2.1 grams, and in another 500 ml, it dissolves and dissolves. Conclusions: The results suggest Cu nanoparticle loaded onchitosannanocomposites have potential applications as antibacterial compounds. The antibacterial effects and mechanism of action for nanoparticles were dependent upon composition and surface modifications. After making nanoparticles and investigating nanostructures on bacterial strains, we found that 16% of nanoparticles prevents the growth of bacteria in the control.
