Titanium and its alloys have a lot of applications due to their good properties, such as high corrosion resistance, high biocompatibility, hardness and high strength. they are relatively young and expensive structural materials Also, items used in such industries include off-shore industry, chemical industry, aerospace and automotive industries as well as for luxury goods and medical devices and implants. For medical applications, the properties required are high biocompatibility and high corrosion resistance, high strength and low stiffness. pure titanium and Ti-6Al-4V are widly used in medical devices. Injection molding is a very good process for manufacturing small pieces in high circulation with a very complex dimension that requires no machining. In this study, pure commercial titanium powder was prepared with a size of 45 microns and then mixed with three-component binder containing polyethylene glycol and Poly(methyl methacrylate)acrylate and stearic acid in various powder loading and then checked the prepared feedstocks in terms of quality
