Internet of thing a new innovation in healthcare

Introduction: Today Internet of Thing (IOT) is considered globally and includes a wide domain in many fields. Provision of services in real time, anytime and anywhere is the main requirement for users which is supplied by the IOT that requires continuous network connectivity, data generation, and results in the production of a substantial volume of data. Methods: This paper is a systematic review that we propose an overview of the IOT in healthcare and its usage in crisis management. Searches were conducted across electronic data bases (PubMed, SID, Google-scholar and Medline). Results: According to studies, the healthcare industry has been slow in adopting Internet of Thing technology when compared to other industries nevertheless that play a very valuable role in this field. Crisis management in the natural disaster especially post stage is the important part of healthcare network that needs to have specific notice. Conclusion: Providing health services in disasters is one of the main pillars of crisis management and it needs to have a suitable quality and quantity to ensure the health of the affected community and it involved a wide volume of people in that area and after that health consequences are made that IOT assist to better management of this crisis.
