چکیده مقاله:

Background and Aim: Flexibility is an essential component of exercise programs; however, it is not clear how to make the best use of this element in an educational program. It is common Tension Exercise among computer operators. Tension Exercises are regularly recommended, even in many articles’, with the claimed purpose of preventing injury and muscle soreness, or even enhancing performance. Thus, the purpose of the present review is to determine of static workplace stretching on the balance in computer operators with a Single leg balance. Materials and Methods: In this method, there were two case and control groups. In the case group, involving variables such as individual differences in Flexibility, familiarity with static stretching methods in teaching and doing stretching, and the difference between the equilibrium tests. 120 health care workers with an average age of 39.2 (SD = 6.83), who were randomly selected and randomly divided into two groups; First, the pain test (Vas),was done the tension training behavior according to Pender s HPM and check Single leg balance. they was done After 8 weeks of tension training in the case group and control group, no tension training and was tested the Single leg balance. Using the software to remind you to perform stretching exercises on the computer for the intervention group with a training session in accordance with Pender s HPM. A static test was used to measure the static balance of subjects. Finally, was used T-test (independent/ paired ) for analysis. Results: There was a significant increase in static balance after TE (4.20 ± 1.37 s) vs. before TE (3.87 ± 2.65 s). Function T test analysis revealed significant differences between experimental Groups 1 and control Group 2 (P < 0.05). Experimental group performed better than the control group, but control Group did not show differences between themselves. Behavior score showed a significant difference the between two groups to help independent t –test (P < 0.001) and Behavior score in experimental group to help within groups paired t –test (P = 0.022). Pain VAS score showed a significant difference between the Between two groups Post test To help independent t –test (P < 0.001) and VAS score in experimental group To help Within groups paired t –test (P < 0.001). Conclusion: Stretching exercises have been effective on beneficial effects Pain reduction function, increased behavior and of static balance in computer operators with a Single leg balance test.
