A NEW DOUBLE-STEP METHOD FOR SOLVING COMPLEX HELMHOLTZ EQUATION

We present and analyze a new double-step iterative methodfor solving the system of linear equations arisen from nite di erence dis-cretization of the complex Helmholtz equations. Numerical results arepresented to demonstrate the e ectiveness of the proposed method.
