چکیده مقاله:

This experiment was conducted with the aim of investigating the effect of nitroxin, biosuperphosphate, arbuscular mycorrhizal and different culture sown on the production of eggplant transplanting. This research was carried out in 2016 in a completely randomized design with three replications and 25 treatments in a factorial arrangement. The treatments consisted of 5 types of culture sown including cocopeat, palm fiber, palm fiber (1: 1), cocopeat (1: 1), palm fiber + cocopeat (2: 2), palm fiber + cocopeat (3: 1), cocopeat + Palm fiber (1: 3), 5 levels of bacteria and mycorrhizal Glomus mosseae and Glomus intraradices, which included control (without inoculation), nitroxin (containing Azotobacter), biosuperphosphate (Phosphate solubilizing bacteria from Pseudomonas). After plant complete growth, some traits including transplanting height, chlorophyll index, transplant diameter, number of leaves, number of nodes, mid length, fresh and dry weight of root, fresh and dry weight of shoot, chlorophyll a, b and total amount elements N, P, K were measured. The results showed that the treatment of mycorrhizal fungi, nitroxin and biosuperphosphate solutions on height traits, chlorophyll index, stem diameter, number of leaves and nodes, mid-length, fresh and dry shoot weight, fresh and dry weight of the root of eggplant transplanting, Significant effect on the effect of 1% probability level, and showed the best performance in biosuperphosphate, nitroxin and Glomus intraradices. substrates were significant in most traits and palm fiber + cocopeat (3: 1), palm fiber + cocopeat (1: 3) showed the highest yield. Interaction of culture sown , mycorrhizal Glomus mosseae and Glomus intraradices and nitroxin and biosuperphosphate solutions showed that height, chlorophyll index, stem diameter, number of leaves and nodes, fresh and dry shoot weight, root fresh and dry weight, chlorophyll a, b and total amount of N, P, and K elements of eggplant were significant at 1% and 5% probability levels.
