چکیده مقاله:

Background: Today, despite, the widespread use of silver nanoparticles in many filled toxicity data on silver nanoparticles remain rare. There are limited data have been reported for oral route of silver nanoparticles exposure. The present study was undertaken to determine the effects of the oral silver nanoparticles administration on rat biochemical parameters including: Glucose, Triglyceride, Aspartate aminotransferase, and Alanine aminotransferase in male rats. Methods and material: 30 Wistar male rats weighing 130 to 185 gr were divided into three groups. The first group was the control group, the second group received 30 ppm and third group 60 ppm silver nanoparticles by oral route. At the end of experiment, the rats were anesthetized with CO2 gas. Blood was then drawn from the heart, collected in heparinized vacationers, and analyzed for GLU (glucose), Aspartate aminotransferase (AST), Alanine aminotransferase(ALT) and , TG (triglyceride). Both descriptive and statistical analysis methods were applied .p < 0.05 Results: In all the rats in the study were evaluated blood serum and factor allocation. Compare the data statistically significant difference between the levels of blood sugar rats did not show dose of nanoparticles. The serum levels of aspartate aminotransferase and alanine aminotransferase levels in the groups receiving different doses did not show significant differences. But the triglyceride rats injected with a dose of 60ppm silver nanoparticles is a significant difference between the control group and the dose of 30 ppm silver nanoparticles resulted in a significant decrease in blood triglyceride level was male rats. Conclusion: In summary, the results indicate that the dose of 30 ppm silver nanoparticles has a negative impact on blood sugar levels, but triglyceride levels dramatically reduce. The most appropriate therapeutic dose is a dose of 30 ppmsilver nanoparticles.
