چکیده مقاله:
Background: Vulvovaginal candidiasis, a common opportunistic infection of the mucous membrane, which is one third of vaginitis are included. 20 to 50% of the organisms into their vaginal flora and 75% of women are infected at least once in the 45 percent of women have one or more affected clinical outcomes (acute). To determine the precise identification of Candida species using culture methods and molecular analysis was designed. Methods: In this cross-sectional study of 500 patients with suspected recurrence was evaluated. Vaginal samples were prepared from direct observation at 10% potash and specific culture environments SDA, chrome agar and corn meal agar, germ tube test and PCR-RFLP test on a piece of Candida albicans was identified ITS1-5S-ITS2 . Results: Out of 500 samples were cultured in 225 cases (45%) of the final positive, 85 patients (7/37%) with form Candidiasis recurrent and 140 (3/62%) of patients with acute form of the disease were . A total of 225 samples isolated from S candidate at this stage of PCR and digested by MspI were about 130 isolates (7/57%), Candida albicans and Candida dubliniensis and 95 isolates (3/42%) than C. albicans, which included 52 isolates (23%) of Candida glabrata, 30 isolates (3/13%) krusei, 7 isolates (2/3%) and 6 isolates of C. parapsilosis (6/2%) diagnosis of C. tropicalis was given. The distribution of the disease in patients with a Candida albicans showed recurrence, 52 (42%) with severe form of the disease and 73 (58%) of mild to moderate forms of the disease and non-Candida albicans 100 32 (32%) of severe and 68 (68%) showed a mild to moderate disease. Nonparametric chi-square test, P = 0.067 value was obtained, which showed no relationship between the two groups Conclusion: This study showed that Candida albicans is the most common and important pathogens from clinical specimens, especially in patients with vulvovaginal considered. Given the importance of this type of disease that makes a wide range and high rate of invasive and systemic infections caused by its lethality and increasing patient population at risk for a variety of fungal infections of the candidate, an important role in treatment correct identification strains deal It is with these diseases.
