چکیده مقاله:

Background and Objectives: Psoriasis is a chronic inflammatory disease of TH1 and 2 to 3% of the white population worldwide is affected and it causes excessive secretion of inflammatory cytokines. Previous treatment methods to reduce the inflammatory cytokines and given that the existing treatment led to complete remission is not for everyone. The aim of this study was to evaluate the anti- inflammatory effect of mesenchymal stem cells in the immunopathogenesis of psoriasis. Search method: This study by investigation the database Science direct from 2012 to date 07.08.2015 in English with pro-inflammatory cytokine profile and TH17 and psoriasis keywords to the number 424 articles are founded and 204 articles were obtained with mesenchymal stem cell therapy and psoriasis keywords When considering novelty and lack of access to some sources, the criteria for entry psoriasis, TH17, IL-10, IL-17, mesenchymal stem cell and stem cell, 114 articles were selected and checked out the influence of inflammatory cytokines in psoriasis. and also by investigation the database Google scholar, from 2012 to date 07.08.2015 in English with pro-inflammatory cytokine profile and TH17 and psoriasis keywords to the number 3570 articles are founded and 3330 articles were obtained with mesenchymal stem cell therapy and psoriasis keywords that according to inclusion criteria TH17, psoriasis and mesenchymal stem cell, 579 articles were selected and Inflammatory and anti-inflammatory cytokines effect on psoriasis were assessed. Findings: Psoriasis is a disorder that inflammatory cytokines such as IL-17, TNF-α and IL-12 are involved in the pathogenesis of the disease can be controlled by reducing the production of these cytokines. One of methods reducing the inflammatory cytokines is using of stem cells. The results suggest a new approach in the treatment, the use of mesenchymal stem cells that inhibit or deactivate inflammatory cytokines can be effective. Conclusion:It seems that mesenchymal stem cells to produce and secrete anti-inflammatory substances such as IL-10, IL-35 and TGF-β, will inhibit IL-17 that has an essential role in the immunopathogenesis of psoriasis.
