Orbital Meningoencephalocele; a case report and review of literature

Purpose:To report an rare presentation of orbital meningoencephalocele in 7 years old boyCase report:A 7year old boy referred to our center with large orbital mass and right eye proptosis. Patienthad previous surgery few year ago .unfortunately no previous information is available heunderwent surgery and the histopathology report confirmed the diagnosis ofmeningoencephaloceleConclusion:Orbital meningoencephalocele is rare in orbit and presentaing with proptosis at birth.
