Cold Autoimmiune Hemolytic Anemia due to high grade B cell Lymphoma

Autoimmune hemolytic anemia (AIHA) is characterized by shortened red blood cell (RBC)survival and the presence of autoantibodies directed against autologous RBCs. A positivedirect antiglobulin test (DAT, also known as the Coombs test) is essential for diagnosis.wereport a case of cold autoimmiune hemolytic anemia due to high grade B cell lymphoma.Fortreatment B cell lymphoma we have used from chemotherapy drugs including ESHAP,CHOP, ICE and Hyper CVAD.For treatment autoimmune hemolytic anemia we used from Corticosteroid, Rituximab,Plasmapheresis and Blood transfusion with minimum incompatability.In spite of all attemptspatient died from aggressive lymphoma after eight month since diagnose disease.
