HbA1C test micro Albumin test between diabetic patients

Introduction:Diabetes is a metabolic disorder which can lead to disability and premature mortality if it is ntcontrolled.Etiology of Diabetes mellitus is complicated, but some factors such as genetic,immunological of environmental situation and environment are involved in it.Diabetes is the only noncontagious disease that WHO has accepted it as a serious menaceglobal health. Nephropathy can be one of prevalent cause of diabetes.HbA1C test has beenknown and it is used as an indicator for studying diabetic s condition.Material and methods:HbA1C and Micro Albumin test were done by NYCO CARD machine from 88 diabeticswhose illness has been proven and were under treatment. In all steps of testing elements ofquality control and control of performance of device was studied and was under control.Conclusion:1- Amount of prevalence of diabetes in the age group of 40 to 54 years had the highestprevalence with 41%.2-Amount of prevalence of uncontrolled HbA1C was 77% and in abnormal micro Albuminwas 31%.3-Amount of prevalence of controlled HbA1C was30% and normal Micro Albumin was 69%.4-there wasn t any reasonable relation not only between age and Micro Albumin but alsobetween age and HbA1C.5-In studying of relation between HbA1C and micro Albumin it has been clear that there ismedium relation between them and it was 34%.6-Because of importance of result of HbA1C and Micro Albumin test they have been in caseof attention and they both requested together.
