چکیده مقاله:
Introduction:Ingredients Scarce Group of antioxidant compounds that prevent the formation of freeradicals and protect the body against damage caused by them. Relationships betweenelements Rare Cancer research scientists have been for years. The study examined therelationship of trace elements and their role is in some blood diseases.Materials & methods:In this study, 29 patients with acute lymphocytic leukemia disease (ALL), chroniclymphocytic leukemia (CLL) and purpura, thrombotic and thrombocytopenicand (TTP) and36 were selected as controls. After serum separation, the elements copper and zinc weredetermined by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometer. Statistical evaluation wasperformed by SPSS software. Results:Rate Element Copper in patients with ALL, CLL and TTP, respectively (687/1 ± 058/1),(451/1 ± 04/1), (416/2 ± 00/1) compared to the control group (851/0 ± 145/0) was higher (p<0.001). Rate of zinc in these patients (705/0 ± 348/0), (635/0 ± 369/0), (747/0 ± 532/0)compared with the control group (574/0 ± 856/0) was lower in patients and controls, but nocorrelation was found between the mean zinc. Conclusion:Results based on studies of element copper but the result was a significant increase inelement zinc was observed. Considering these changes might partly be prevented advances.
