Case Discussion 1: Management of Pulmonary Metastases

Pt is a 34y/o man that with diagnosis of sinonasal undiffrentiated carcinoma underwentcomplete mass excision; chemotherapy and radiotherapy 5 years ago. Pt was under f/u of oncologistwithout any medication and nasopharynx mucosal bx 7 mo later showed no evidence of tumorrecurrence. because of development of pulmonary nodule ct guide bx was that was poorlydifferentiated squamous cell carcinoma compatible with primary malignancy so pt receivedchemotherapy for 1 yr and then referred to surgeon for operation.
